We do not ship gift cards; they can only be redeemed online


Due to COVID situation, orders shipping may take 30 to 75 days min. 
Please note that we will only refund orders that are not delivered within a minimum of 3.5 months.

The regular delivery time is about 10 to 26 days.
However, we are working with various manufacturors and we evaluate regulary to speed our delivery time.
Thus, we are able to speed up the delivery process on some products. A note is marked on the product description when the delivery time is faster.

We gladly accept returns of merchandise for a refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase.

Gift cards, delivery costs, credit charges, bank fees and shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Process

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. To return your product, you should mail your product to the adress indicated on your package (may differ depends on our vendor)

  • Once you have your return label, please pack the item you wish to return in its original packaging ideally. Please include your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
  • Affix the return label on the package. Please make sure the original shipping label is covered.
  • Simply bring it to your nearest Post Office.

Note that, Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
