We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping on all orders over $50.
We can exceptionally offer free delivery below this amount under certain conditions or periods.

We do not ship gift cards; they can only be redeemed online 


The regular delivery time is within 10 to 20 days, of the shipping date.
However, we are working with various manufacturors and shipping partners worldwide, so the delivery time can go up to 90 days.

We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date of your parcel, as we work with external service providers for the shippin and delivery.

If, for personal reasons, you absolutely must receive your parcel on a specific date (travel, move...), please contact us before placing your order to discuss feasibility.

No refunds will be accepted if you receive your package within 90 days of the shipping date.


Since the COVID's international situation, we no longer accept returns or exchanges.

If you have received an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your package (delivery date indicated on the delivery company's tracking link).
