I will not comment on the bag but on the experience I had with the website and particularly, after sale service.
I ordered this bag back in mid November, and it was never delivered. La Poste sent a message saying they had to send it back to the original sender. Since then and it has been now almost 3 months, I have written 10 times to HelloStore and never received a proper answer. The last email was not even answered at all.
I am still waiting for feedback and this is becoming extremely rude.
Very satisfied with the purchase. The backpack is very functional, it is executed qualitatively, the compartments have thought it all out, it is for keys, for bottles, hidden pocket and others, I also want to note yusb entrance and gift in the form of road heating ate bottles. There were little problems with shipping, but it's because of our mail.
